Return Policy

Products being exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, stains, or odors such as smoke, deodorant, or pets. If an item has been worn even once, it is not eligible for exchange.

If the product is last piece item, then after product is received, customer will receive store credit.

All sale items, accessories, jewelry, and trunk show items are considered final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged. Our policy on this is strictly enforced.

For offline purchase, items eligible for return in 3 business days.

For online purchases, items eligible for exchanged must be sent back within 3 business days of the delivery date for an exchanged of the same model. Any items received after 3 business days from the delivery date will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Our operational days are Monday to Saturday. Holidays we are closed.
